Many companies have run into a problem where they have poorly captured aerial photos and videos. They often have one of their team members get trained to fly a drone for on site aerial coverage. The issue is they are generally interns or project engineers that don’t actually fly safely and to the FAA’s regulations. This means they are a liability to the company and that they don’t have a creative eye. The footage is never smooth, dynamic, and properly exposed or color corrected.
We not only have the creative eye but we take safety very seriously. Whether it is our landing site being properly laid out with cones and our landing pads, using a visual observer to help navigate the onsite hazards and other aircraft, to scheduling our time on site with the activities of the day, we take every precaution to make sure we are going to have a safe day on site.
We have had the opportunity to partner with some amazing clients. From the Houston Space Center down at NASA to large LNG sites in Corpus, Sabine Pass and Louisiana and even trips out to the oilfields in Midland, they all have their challenges but have been so rewarding.
Our aerial drone video and photography services encompass a wide range of tasks from cinematic video recording to programable flight paths that need to be flown monthly.
We primarily use the DJI Inspire 2 with the X7 camera. We can film in ProRess, RAW, and ProRess RAW file types depending on the clients needs.
